OPTIMAT Costs & Contracts

OPTIMAT is supplied on a service contract basis with no up-front capital charge. Invoices are presented per calendar month.

Monthly service contract invoices are only issued following successful implementation. During the implementation phase only travel and subsistence expenses are re-charged at cost.

Annual inflation is implemented each January, the maximum increase being capped by the increase in UK RPI.

The Service contract cost will depend on the size and scope of the implementation.
